Experience bliss. Sitting quietly, I gently relax the body, allowing the music. To signal to the nervous system to relax. I prepare to journey within to the sweet seed of bliss within myself First. I remember that I am a soul, a point of living consciousness. I visualize a tiny point of light sparkling, suspended and free. I am that tiny point of light, a sparkling star, an embodiment of peace, stillness, and silence. I am stable. And comfortable in this awareness. Now I begin to explore my own pure feelings and allow each feeling to fill me with experience. First is peace. I fill myself with peace. Feeling the peace. I am. Peace. Love my heart is full of love, feeling love. I am love benevolence. I am a benevolent soul. Who I am is naturally helpful to others. I feel the essence of benevolence in my spirit. Purity. I am a pure and powerful soul. There is nothing here but me. I feel the silence and purity of myself. Wisdom. I am a naturally wise soul. I am filled with wisdom and aligned with natural and spiritual laws contentment. I become aware of all the beautiful qualities inside myself. I feel full of all these spiritual qualities and I feel content with myself as I feel this contentment. I remember, I realize that I. Part of all souls and part of nature, I feel a deep sense of connection and belonging stabilize in this awareness. With all these experiences, I draw my energy inward in, in concentrating this multifaceted awareness of myself and connection to all. I allow myself to feel the sweet happiness in the silent core of myself. This is the seed of bliss. I give myself a moment to fully experience this profound aspect of myself. And now preparing to return to waking awareness, I begin activating my energy. Bringing energy up into my face, begin to move my body, move my fingers and toes, and return to waking awareness Om Shanti.
