Purify my thoughts sitting quietly. I relax my body. I relax my mind. Taking a few deep breaths. Inhale and exhale. Continuing to relax, inhale and exhale. Feeling calm now in my mind and body. I reflect on the phenomenon of thoughts. I am very familiar with thoughts and feelings. They create my inner experience. I understand that many times. Thoughts have feelings, emotions, and memories with them. From my experience, I know that I have even felt pain, sorrow, and confusion from having certain thoughts. So I ask myself, how can I transform my thinking? Can I generate thoughts, feelings, and emotions that can help me to feel peaceful and happy and good about myself? I can transform my thinking, but first I need to remember and reinforce to myself who I really am. I am a soul living light. A point of unique living consciousness. My nature is peaceful, still silent, benevolent. And I am naturally connected to all souls and to nature. Let me take a moment to feel and experience this truth about myself. Let me experience. My original nature of peace. Now let me bring up some of the thinking or emotions that have created sorrow. I can see clearly that I am not the thoughts or the emotions, that my frequency of peace is universal and stable and that the other thoughts and emotions. Are limited coming and going. I have the power to remain in peace, remain in myself even while thoughts, emotions, and memories arise. And disappear in and out of my awareness. I am giving my intellect a powerful experience of discernment and when I return to my waking life. My intellect will become stronger and stronger, and I will be able to discern and eventually transform my thinking. Spend another few moments noticing the clear difference. Between the peaceful self and thoughts and emotions. Now preparing to return to waking awareness. I bring more active energy up into my face. Begin to move my fingers and toes and return to waking awareness Om Shanti.
