Sitting quietly, I allow my body to relax. Listening to the music, my nervous system naturally begins to calm. And settle into a comfortable state. I now prepare to experience the realm of pure feelings inside myself first. I remember that I am a soul, a point of living consciousness. I am a peaceful, powerful being of light. I visualize a tiny sparkling point of light, and I know that the light is me pure, peaceful. Free. I allow myself to stabilize in this self-awareness, and now I open myself. To the level of feelings, and I ask myself, how do I feel about myself and how do I feel about others? How do I feel about the world? Continue to look at the point and allow the pure feelings to emerge from within. In my heart of hearts, I have deep feelings of love for myself. For all my brother souls and for the world. I also remember nature. I have deep feelings of love and appreciation for nature. Finally, I emerge my deep feelings for God, the Supreme Soul love, appreciation, and essence full connection. Take a few moments now to experience my own unique relationship with myself, God souls and nature. I fill my awareness, I fill my heart, and I experience my own pure feelings. Now. Preparing to return to waking awareness. I bring my attention back to my body, bring active energy up into my face, begin to move my fingers and toes, and gently return. To waking awareness Om Shanti.
