Experience, peace. Let the body relax. Sitting gently listen to the music and allow the gentle music. To signal to the nervous system of the body to relax, gently observing the breath, observing the body. The body is balanced, relaxed, and peaceful, and now I bring my attention gently. To my senses, the eyes, the ears, nose, and one by one I gently withdraw from the use of the senses. I close my eyes understanding that the eyes are still functioning, but I have withdrawn from the use of them. The ears are still functioning that I have withdrawn from using them. My nose and my mouth are able to function. I withdraw the energy of my awareness away from them gently inside into a silent awareness of the self. I continue to be aware of the body understanding that it is functioning normally. So now I give myself this opportunity. To experience just me, I've withdrawn from the senses of the body. And notice now where your energy seems to be concentrated. Is it in the forehead? Is it in the chest, in the belly? Notice where your concentration naturally appears and keep bringing your energy into that area. You can imagine a point of light in the center of the forehead. You can feel a pulsating, loving energy in the chest around the heart. You can feel a grounding, stabilizing energy in the abdomen. Or down further in the seat, let your energy naturally flow to that stabilizing area. And now gently, I introduce a thought. I am peace in the silence, in the fullness of the self I experience. My natural nature, I tell myself to let go. I tell myself it's okay to stay here for a while. Completely protected. Full of this gentle, peaceful energy. I am here. I'm okay. I am the embodiment of peace. I am full of peace. There is nothing but peace. My body is gently filling with this peaceful, powerful, gentle energy. You can visualize this gentle light filling the body, illuminating every cell. With gentle awareness and peace I allow myself to experience. This gentle pulse of the soul, and as I prepare to change my awareness, again, make a mental connection to this experience. Understanding that it's always available to me that this is the essence of me. I am a peaceful soul. Now, gently take a deep breath in and exhale. And let your energy come up into your face, enliven the senses again. Inhale and exhale and move your fingers and toes a little bit now and return to gentle waking awareness. Om Shanti.
