Mind and intellect relaxing the body. I prepare to take this journey into my inner world. First, I remember that I am a soul living consciousness, the master of this body as I inhale. And exhale, the body continues to be calm. I am a soul. My nature is peace, love, stillness. And benevolence within myself, I have faculties that help me to interact with the world of time, space, and matter. First, I look at my mind. My mind is my field of experience unique to me. This mind creates thoughts, feelings, images, memories and emotions. The sweetness of all relationships and of life is experienced in my mind. Then there is my intellect, the aspect of me. That can evaluate and discern, provide validation for my feelings and experiences, and also assign my identity in meditation. Now I practice using the mind. And the intellect to help me emerge my original spiritual stage, my divine personality, I visualize in my mind a tiny point of light. A sparkling star living consciousness, and as I look at the star with my intellect, I discern and I understand that this point of light. Represents the soul, and the soul is me. The nature of the soul is peace. My nature is peace. Give myself a moment to experience. The mind and intellect working together. Every time I meditate, I reinforce my spiritual identity and my pure, peaceful nature. The more I practice, the more the spiritual experiences will begin to impact my external life and all my relationships. Now preparing to return to waking awareness. I return to my day with a new understanding of the inner workings of my world inside. Now bringing the energy back into my face, more active energy, moving my fingers and toes, and returning to waking awareness. Om Shanti
