Sweetness of the self, sitting quietly, making sure that the body is balanced. Now, inhale and exhale. Sending a signal to the body, to the nervous system to relax. As I prepare to take this journey into myself. I gently bring my attention. To the center of my forehead and I visualize sparkling star, a tiny point of light. The star is me, the soul. I am living consciousness, pure, powerful, suspended. I emerge the feeling of peace as I watch the star a. Peace is my nature. Feel the peace permeating my being. I feel stable still and deeply peaceful. As I experience this peace, I now want to go deeper into the experience of me. in the silence. I practice every quality. I am experiencing, let me remove the space between myself and the quality. I am peace. Emerging love. I am love emerging stillness. I am stillness. I am allowing myself to experience the beauty of my own nature, emerging silence. I am silence, emerging benevolence and mercy. I am benevolent. I am merciful. Now going to the innermost point of awareness, pulling my attention in and concentrating my attention. Into the innermost point of me, pure being, let me feel the sweetness of being I am. Pure consciousness, feel the sweetness of the pure self far beyond any other experience. I now. Even invite Bliss to emerge. I am bliss, the sweetness and joy of being the concentrated pure self. A loving, benevolent soul. I give myself a few moments to emerge whatever quality I wish and to experience myself. And now preparing to come back forward into movement, into time, into my body. Into life. I bring the effect of this experience with me bringing my energy up into my face, moving my fingers and toes, and returning. To waking awareness Om Shanti.
