Removing fear sitting quietly. I relax my body listening to the music. I relax my mind breathing, inhale and exhale, giving my nervous system the signal. To be calm in this quiet state, I prepare to reflect on the phenomenon of fear. First, I scan my memory. Notice times when I felt afraid, worried, angry, insecure. I am taking an objective look now. Not feeling the emotions, just observing from this calm place. I notice that these emotions are not limited to specific circumstances. They have come at all different times and in different relationships. Now I look at the feeling of fear itself. In this peaceful state, I can feel and discern the difference between peace and fear. This is a powerful experience. That strengthens my intellect and helps to dissolve these emotions in my life. Let me take a few moments to make this distinction. Firm peace and fear. Observing both. Now preparing to return to waking awareness, I begin to have more active energy. Bringing my energy up into my face, I begin moving my fingers and toes and returning to waking awareness.
