Starting my day with the cleanest, most beautiful thoughts I can create. With every ordinary action. Waking up, taking care of the body dressing. Caring for the home and the family. I remember I am a soul. A beautiful spirit living this life. I float from one action to the next. Observing and enjoying the joy of living. Of being alive. Let me slow down my thinking. So much that I am in touch with my purest feelings. Do I remember what it felt like to be a child? Before I was aware all the aspects of the world and all the responsibilities that come with living. What world did I live in then as a small child? Let me create a little bit of that this morning. I am here. I am alive. I am participating. I have a body that I am moving, and I feel happy being alive. Move your body around now and as the body is being moved, generate these simple thoughts. I am here. I'm alive and I am participating. I feel happy to be here. Now remember what it was like to be a baby. This pure innocent presence that also participates. Let me generate this pure happiness as a gift to myself. The baby has a deep sense of being and connection to the environment. Let me quiet myself enough to feel that beautiful, sensitive, pure beingness. The quiet joy of being here. This morning let me shed everything in my awareness except the pure joy of being alive. As I continue throughout my day, I invite this medicine of pure happiness to stay with me and I can experience my natural state anytime. By simply remembering, I bring forth the simple joy of just being alive. I am here. I am participating. I am happy to be here. I am happy to be alive. Let me practice this today as medicine for the soul. Om Shanti
