Healing my dreams, sitting quietly, relaxing the body. I gently inhale. And exhale, allowing the music to signal the nervous system to relax. I take a few moments now to reflect on the phenomenon. Dreams. I understand that at the time of sleep, the body is at rest and I, the soul am not using the five senses at that time, however. I continue to have experiences in the mind through the phenomenon of dreaming. I notice that most of my dreams are highlighting one emotional state or another. It could be fear, regret, desire, shame, or even joy and freedom. Let me first recognize that my dreams. Are showing me the feelings and emotions that need to be seen and processed. There is no need to regret or fear or judge my dreams. Next, let me remember and emerge my original nature of peace. I the soul, am naturally powerful and peaceful. I give the signal to my intellect that it is okay to see these feelings and process them. Finally, I make an inner commitment to myself. That throughout the day I will do my best to pay attention to myself and process my feelings as they arise. Remembering that unlimited love and peace are always available. This will give me courage to face my mind with love and understanding. Now, preparing to return to waking awareness. I bring more active energy up into my face. Moving my fingers and toes and returning to my day in waking awareness. Om Shanti. I.
